Description

The Fusilier has a greyish-blue body. The soft portion of the dorsal fin is yellow, as is the top of the caudal peduncle and the caudal fin. Its meat is sweet and tender like crab meat, white, quite chewy, agarfish so the fusilier is suitable for children, the elderly and can be processed very well. There are many dishes such as frying, cooking soup, hot pot, grilled with salt and pepper, steamed with soy sauce or steamed.
